While researching for a Madison band podcast (a la Creature Custard), I came across this clip. Paul Grimstad's original score to Ronald Bronstein's 2007 debut film "Frownland" has been an inspiration since. Of course Ronnie has always been a huge influence on me.

I lived with Paul back in Madison, WI, with eight other degenerates. I played guitar in his indie band briefly. This experimental, spacey soundtrack is like some stuff I do as well. We had similar likes. We came from a similar midwestern underground weirdo region and era, and the sounds here feel telepathic to me.
